Since the start of her career in 1991 as a Legal Assistant, Franca Albanese has dedicated her efforts and expertise in the area of Family and Civil Litigation Law. Her commitment to the industry and profession is quite evident as she has spent the last 13 years working with Ms. Tilda Roll on a number of exciting and interesting cases. She is a graduate of Seneca College, Legal Administration Program. In her personal life Franca enjoys spending time with her husband and son. In addition, Franca is the coach of an under 5 soccer team with the Dolphins and plays volleyball every Wednesday night religiously at the local gym.
Miranda
Bailey
Miranda Bailey has been working as a legal assistant to Adam Altmid since June 2003. She was appointed as a Commissioner for taking affidavits in September 2003.
Miranda graduated in April 2003 with a three year law clerk/legal secretary diploma from Durham College (Oshawa, Ontario). Previously, Miranda worked for one and a half years for established real estate lawyer. (Diane England in Oshawa, Ontario).
In her spare time, Miranda volunteers as a Big Sister and enjoys playing on a Brampton Women’s soccer league. Miranda also enjoys working on her new house, camping, and relaxing with her fiancé and family.
Freda Kassis
Freda is junior law clerk at Altmid
Roll and Associates.
She completed the Law Clerk diploma program at Seneca College in 2002.
She has primarily worked as a family law clerk/legal assistant
for over four years. Freda has also worked in the areas of
estate litigation and civil litigation. She is in the process of
becoming a volunteer with the Big Sister’s Program, to act as a
role model for young children.
In her spare time, Freda maintains her outdoor and indoor
activity by participating in various sports.
