Adam Altmid

Adam graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1994 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. He practices in the areas of business law, real estate and estates. Prior to law school, Adam had obtained a business degree and had several years of experience in business management. His clients range from individuals and families to investors, entrepreneurs and small and medium size companies. Regardless of who Adam represents, he strives to provide the highest quality of professional service. Adam utilizes his business background and legal expertise in order to provide practical, cost efficient solutions for his clients.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, for the past five years Adam has been on the board of directors (and the President for the past two years) of Polycultural Immigrant and Community Services, a non-profit organization providing language training and settlement services to a large number of new immigrants through variety of programs and facilities in the Metro Toronto and Mississauga Areas. Additionally, each of the past seven winters Adam has worked with physically and mentally handicapped children as a volunteer ski instructor with the Ontario Track III Ski Association for the Disabled.

Tilda M. Roll

Tilda graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 1991 and was called to the Bar in 1993. She articled with the downtown firm of Torkin, Manes, Cohen and Arbus. In 1993, she associated with Colman, Greenwood & Posen and then moved to Gropper, Greenwood in 1995. In 2001 she founded the law firm of Tilda M. Roll, Professional Corporation. She is a founding member of Altmid Roll established in April, 2005.

Her practice for the last 13 years has focused on more complex matrimonial, employment and commercial litigation at the trial and appellant levels. Tilda has trial experience and reported cases in matrimonial, employment and commercial law. Tilda has also been an instructor for the Bar Admissions Course with the Law Society of Upper Canada since 2003.

Tilda is a member of the Ontario Bar Association. When not in the office, Tilda is busy as a mother of three active children.
